One of the most Ultra modern dairies in Asia, Chitale Dairy is located at Bhilawadi near Sangli, Maharashtra, India & caters choosy & quality conscious Customers in Pune. Having three lakhs litres/day capacity of milk processing & with byproducts like curd, butter, ghee, chakka, shrikhand & khava. Chitale is a name to recon with in every household in Maharashtra. They are also winner of Natinal Productivity Council Awards for productivity by Government of India for numerous occasions.

We at Srujann have been continuously associated with B.G.Chitale over the years. We have been associated with them for variety of equipments in their dairy, of which some are as follows:

Milk Storage Vessels

These vessels are available in both horizontal and vertical shapes with a capacity of 20,000 litres. These are made of stainless steel AISI 304 quality & are insulated to keep raw/pasteurized milk at 4°C. These vessels have standard accessories like agitator with geared motor, manhole, light glass, sight glass, sampling cock, air vent, CIP spray balls & viewing platform.
Butter melting vat

It is a rectangular vat with an agitator appropriately designed for effective melting of butter to form butter oil. This vat has specially designed hot water coil on which butter slabs are kept. This vat has a capacity of 2,000 litres.

This is also a well-known dairy in Maharashtra, India with a daily milk processing capacity of 20,000 - 30, 000 litres of milk.
Here we have supplied all the equipments right from weighing raw milk, collection tanks, transferring it to the storage tanks, pasturization, homozination and transferring to packing machines.
