- Apples of normal / suitable quality discharged into the receiving pool or flume.
- Different evaporation options might be available upon client request; aroma recovery is optional.
- Output based on good quality apples at 12°Brix and one stage belt press; average yield of 70%.
- While working at the maximum capacity (without aroma recovery).
- While working at the maximum capacity (with UF unit + vacuum filter).
- Means consumption of drinkable water + industrial non drinkable water.
- The "above consumptions" have been calculated for a complete line starting from raw material elevator till the aseptic drum filler.
