Higher capacities upon demand
The same line can process pears, grape, strawberries, blackberries, pomegranate by adding few pieces of equipment.

  1. Apples of normal / suitable quality discharged into the receiving pool or flume.
  2. Different evaporation options might be available upon client request; aroma recovery is optional.
  3. Output based on good quality apples at 12°Brix and one stage belt press; average yield of 70%.
  4. While working at the maximum capacity (without aroma recovery).
  5. While working at the maximum capacity (with UF unit + vacuum filter).
  6. Means consumption of drinkable water + industrial non drinkable water.
  7. The "above consumptions" have been calculated for a complete line starting from raw material elevator till the aseptic drum filler.
